چکیده
The fetal heart rate (fHR) variability and electrocardiogram (fECG) are considered the most important sources of information about wellbeing. Non-invasive monitoring analysis fECG paramount for clinical trials. They enable examining health status detecting changes associated with insufficient oxygenation to cut likelihood hypoxic injury. Despite fact that significant advances have been achieved in electrocardiography adult ECG signal processing, is still its infancy. Due accurate morphology extraction techniques not properly developed, many areas require particular attention on way fully understanding fetus implementation non-invasive suitable remote home care which increasingly demand high-risk pregnancy monitoring. In this paper, we introduce an integrated approach processing based various methods welfare investigation hypoxia risk estimation. To best our knowledge, first attempt auto-generated scoring achieve early warning fetus' safety provide physician additional possible complications. proposed method includes following stages: extraction, fHR (fHRV) calculation, index (HI) evaluation extracted signals were examined by assessing Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) mean square error (MSE) values. results obtained demonstrated great potential, but more profound research validation, as well a consistent study, needed before into hospital at-home

Fetal Ecg Signal Enhancement
Fetal heart monitoring yields vital information about the fetus health and can support medical decision making in critical situations. A compound signal is obtained non-invasively by placing electrodes on the abdomen area of the mother which contains maternal and fetal ECG signals contaminated by various other signals from body and externally induced noises. The Polynomial Networks technique ha...
متن کاملElectrocardiogram (ecg) Signal Processing
Signal processing today is performed in the vast majority of systems for ECG analysis and interpretation. The objective of ECG signal processing is manifold and comprises the improvement of measurement accuracy and reproducibility (when compared with manual measurements) and the extraction of information not readily available from the signal through visual assessment. In many situations, the EC...
متن کاملECG Signal Processing: A Survey
Electrocardiograms (ECGs) are signals that originate from the action of the human heart. The ECG is the key biosignal for aiding the clinical staff in disease diagnosis. The recognition and analysis of the ECG signals is a very important task. This could be difficult, because the size and form of these signals may change eventually and can be noised. ECG noise removal is complicated due to the ...
متن کاملVarious Techniques for Fetal ECG Signal Monitoring
The paper present a various techniques that enables the investigations of the fetal heart rate (FHR) fluctuations. Later, the common problems associated with these techniques are discussed with some solutions. A non-invasive technique is also proposed for fetal ECG monitoring. The proposed system will be designed to measure the fetal heart rate variability for the evaluation of autonomic nervou...
متن کاملA Review of Fetal ECG Signal Processing; Issues and Promising Directions.
The field of electrocardiography has been in existence for over a century, yet despite significant advances in adult clinical electrocardiography, signal processing techniques and fast digital processors, the analysis of fetal ECGs is still in its infancy. This is, partly due to a lack of availability of gold standard databases, partly due to the relatively low signal-to-noise ratio of the feta...
